Welcome Back!

We would like to begin by saying thank you to all of you for the support. The following summarizes our re-opening plan and guidelines. Please read carefully as these guidelines will be strictly enforced for the safety of our staff and customers.

Health & Safety

The well-being of our customers and the cleanliness at our establishment has always been a top priority for us. The CDC’s guidelines will be instilled in our facility in order to ensure safety of our guests. All EPA approved cleaning products will be used to disinfect the entire facility. Given the current situation we ask that all customers and children who have been in contact with persons that may have been exposed, or those that have recently traveled, or if you or your children are showing any symptoms, PLEASE stay home. This not only applies to Mindnasium, but must be followed in our daily lives during this unprecedented time. Let’s keep ourselves safe and those around us safe as well.

Social Distancing

As instructed by the CDC, we require all customers to maintain social distancing as needed. During private events, members of the same household do not need to maintain social distancing, however this is based on the discretion of the parents/hosts of the event and a waiver must be completed upon entry confirming the same.

Masks

At all times, upon entering the facility, face coverings/masks are required for all adults and employees. Per NYS guidelines,”All individuals… over age 2 and able to medically tolerate a face covering must wear face coverings”. Along with children age 2 and under, the CDC states that masks are not required for those with respiratory issues such as asthma. Face coverings will be available for purchase in case one does not have with them.

Hand Sanitizers

Hand sanitizers are available all throughout the building. Upon entering our facility please sanitize you and your children’s hands. “Apply sanitizer often.”

Temperature Checks

We will administer a temperature check on all staff and customers (adults and children) upon entry to the facility. A temperature of 100.0 or lower for children and 100.4 or lower for adults must be maintained. Anyone not meeting this criteria or showing any symptoms will be asked to leave the facility and may return when the temperature is in the acceptable range.

Cleaning

Toys, surfaces, and other high touch areas will be cleaned during the day as well as at the end of the day. In addition to that we have closed times between each reservation session to more thoroughly clean the play area. All toys, surfaces, and floors will be cleaned during these closed times. Restrooms and other shared areas will also be cleaned and sanitized regularly each day. We will be using cold fogger technology which breaks up the disinfectant liquid into tiny nanoparticles and disperses them on to any item or area. The disinfectant liquid is EPA N listed and has no harmful chemicals.

Toys & Activities

We normally are strong believers in sharing during playtime. However, for the time being we are going to discourage sharing toys. With the reduced number of children initially we are confident there will be plenty of toys to go around.
